He is punctual, ethical, economical, and creative. He is a good communicator from beginning to end. Later this year we plan to have him build a new deck with a retaining wall."

"Once again, we had an excellent experience with Custom Exteriors. 11 years ago, we purchased Milgard windows for the whole house from Custom Exteriors which included a lifetime warranty. Overall, we've been happy with the windows. But recently one of the window's metal crank mechanisms broke. First, we called Milgard, but they were giving us the run around. We next called Custom Exteriors and talked with Chris the Service Coordinator. We explained the situation and how Milgard wasn't being helpful. Despite Custom Exteriors not working with Milgard windows anymore, Chris still agreed to send out a couple of service guys to fix the window. We told Chris that we would be happy to pay for one additional window crank to be replaced since it's the same age as the one that broke. Chris said that Custom Exteriors would replace that crank for free as well even though it wasn't broken. It's been a few days since both windows' cranks were replaced, and everything is working great. Thank you, Chris, and Custom Exteriors!"

"Our house had significant water damage from the heavy rain season so we called a few contractors for assessment and estimates. Dan spent nearly two hours with us, patiently and thoroughly answering all of our questions, providing direct and honest advice, and ultimately helping us decide on our best course of action. He and his experienced team of subcontractors replaced all of our windows and sliding doors, replaced our wood siding with new stucco (including new building paper and plywood sheathing), installed new insulation and drywall, and handled all of the interior painting. Dan was readily available via text or call and was much more than just a project manager. He was extremely hands-on often at the house working side by side with his subcontractors, especially carpentry work for window framing.
