"I’m having a prefab metal art studio installed/built at my home. I needed a foundation poured to spec. I met with several contractors, as one does. Efrain at Eco Con came out, on time, and emailed me a bid the next day. His price was significantly less than anyone else, but perhaps more importantly, he seemed honest and everything about him was professional. I check on his credentials and ultimately hired him. He and his crew came out, on time, formed the pad, paths, etc, and poured the concrete a couple days later. Today they came back to remove the forms. They cleaned everything up and were extremely kind, and easy to work with. Honestly, I wish I had more work for them but I don’t. I HIGHLY recommend them. "

Like all old-house projects, this slab pour project had unique problems that would require someone with experience and a willingness to brainstorm in order to do it right. I bake a lot, and now the kitchen feels more like my kingdom than anything else. The amount of space I have for my obsessive baking habit is not only beyond my beliefs, but also extremely beautiful and modern space. The master and guest bathrooms have been turned into luxurious spaces not only for myself and my partner, but for visiting family members and friends. My parents are ecstatic to stay there now, and I feel more comfortable having them stay with us, versus suggesting they stay in a hotel. What stood out most was the dedication Mila and Jean showed to making sure every detail was perfect. They took our ideas and enhanced them (again us only knowing little), ensuring that the result exceeded our expectations. We now have the home of our dreams, and we owe it all to this team.
