"Eduardo and his team are fantastic!! We purchased a fixer home with a .33 acre lot, so there was lots to do. The grading was all wrong creating lots of sitting water that was causing damage, old fences and decks were rotting away and hazardous and things were pretty ugly. Eduardo listened carefully to our ideas and even offered some input that was really helpful. He took into consideration our young children and dogs, and what we wanted for our home. The prices are very reasonable for all the hard work and materials. Everyone always arrives on time, usually early. The guys are always so happy and extremely nice. My toddler adores them. In the end, our project consisted of new fencing all throughout the backyard, french drainage system, new trex deck, pavers, concrete steppers, astroturf in the back and front yard, retaining wall with stone facade, planter boxes, new trees and plants, landscape lighting and more! We are loving the yard now and getting so many compliments from neighbors. We want to be outdoors all the time now and entertain. This yard was in horrible shape before and a major undertaking. Eduardo and his team were so professional and left the site immaculate everyday. They stuck to the timeline given and we now have this beautiful yard in both the front and back to enjoy. "It went incredibly well. Ignacio spent a lot of time with us working on the design and budget. While this company is not the cheapest on the market, in this case you truly get what you paid for. Ignacio's design took our breath away. The texture and color of the stamped concrete is beautiful. The extra patio space transformed an ugly weird patio to a masterpiece. The flagstone topped retaining walls easily provides seating for more people than we know. The color coordination between the concrete, the flagstone, and the stucco faced retaining walls is very pleasing to the eye. Unique' s crew is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to have working for me. I have never seen a harder working crew. The truly gave us a full 9 hours of back breaking work. The job superb Roberto was fantastic, easy to work with and to communicate. Ignacio made it a point to stop by every day. As with all construction there are issues, broken water lines, sprinkler lines, irrigation control cables. Roberto took immediate care of any and all such issues. He didn’t rush when he came over to bid the job and freely brought up some issues he saw that we hadn’t. Daniel was honest, excellent with time management and communication. "Michael Crum Concrete was recommended to me by a co-worker who indicated he provided excellent work at a fair and competitive price. I Contacted Mike and he came out to my property to see the job site and discuss what I wanted (a large circular pad to accommodate a heavy water storage tank.. He provided his thoughts on the project and then an estimate to get the job done. Based upon my friends review and what I saw in other reviews, I accepted Mike's estimate and hired him to do the job. He gave me a date and time that the 2-day job would begin. He arrived on-time as did his workers. Mike did some necessary tractor work clearing and leveling the area, his crew set about making forms and creating rebar framework. The following day Mike and his team arrived promptly and began the pour and then finishing work. I couldn't be happier with the results and the experience of working with Mike and his crew was enjoyable. Very nice, honest and hard working people.
