"It went incredibly well. Ignacio spent a lot of time with us working on the design and budget. While this company is not the cheapest on the market, in this case you truly get what you paid for. Ignacio's design took our breath away. The texture and color of the stamped concrete is beautiful. The extra patio space transformed an ugly weird patio to a masterpiece. The flagstone topped retaining walls easily provides seating for more people than we know. The color coordination between the concrete, the flagstone, and the stucco faced retaining walls is very pleasing to the eye. Unique' s crew is one of the best that I have had the pleasure to have working for me. I have never seen a harder working crew. The truly gave us a full 9 hours of back breaking work. The job superb Roberto was fantastic, easy to work with and to communicate. Ignacio made it a point to stop by every day. As with all construction there are issues, broken water lines, sprinkler lines, irrigation control cables. Roberto took immediate care of any and all such issues. I Contacted Mike and he came out to my property to see the job site and discuss what I wanted (a large circular pad to accommodate a heavy water storage tank.. He provided his thoughts on the project and then an estimate to get the job done. Based upon my friends review and what I saw in other reviews, I accepted Mike's estimate and hired him to do the job. He gave me a date and time that the 2-day job would begin. He arrived on-time as did his workers. Mike did some necessary tractor work clearing and leveling the area, his crew set about making forms and creating rebar framework. The following day Mike and his team arrived promptly and began the pour and then finishing work. I couldn't be happier with the results and the experience of working with Mike and his crew was enjoyable. Very nice, honest and hard working people.
