We are a veteran-owned and operated parking lot striping, sealcoating, asphalt crack repair, proud to have served our country and now dedicated to serving our customers. We are registered and insured in New York State. We never cut-corners with the quality of our product. Since we do a good mix of both government, DOT, and private work, we only use products from companies that have a good historical track record with New York State. We do not water our sealer down beyond manufacture specification. We also add quick-dry additives and sand to our mix that drastically reduces drying time, increases durability, and increases traction for the lot. This ensures a swift turnaround, allowing us to open up your parking lot promptly without compromising the exceptional quality of our work. We are extremely flexible with when and where we can provide our services, reducing downtime and minimizing disruptions to your business operations.

They listened to our concerns, took the time to explain everything and went out of their way to satisfy all of our needs. The road had not been paved in about 40 years, was badly rutted and had several areas of heavy ponding. Vinny even took the time to come out before starting the job so that he could view the road after a heavy rain so he would be able to see the issues in person and advise us on how to best alleviate the ponding.
