"Our house is in a historical district and approval is needed from the Historical Commission before work can be done. There was other work already scheduled on the property and Felipe was understanding that the exterior painting had to wait. When it was time for the painting, Felipe scheduled the work without much delay. Felipe informed us at each step during the painting, ie, replacing siding. The workers were friendly and respectful. Considering the work to be done, it was completed in a timely manner even though there were a few rainy days."

"I hired Mike because I wanted to support a family business?he seemed very nice, until he showed up with his young son, no older than 12, and had him sealing the driveway, no mask, and fully exposed to the fumes. I told Mike politely that I did not feel comfortable with his young son doing the work, and he immediately took offense, saying that he had been sealing driveways since he was ?8 years old? and saw no harm in it?then told me he would never have started my job & would never work for me again. Very rude and nasty, considering my only concern was for his young child. He said he used ?environmentally friendly? materials, but I very much doubt breathing in those fumes all day is harmless. It?s his child of course, but I hoped he would think about what he was exposing him to. I allowed him to finish the job, but I wouldn?t want to hire him again because I?d much rather my money went to someone who cares more about their child?s health than making money."

"Can't say enough good things about Vinny and Anchor Asphalt and Paving. They did an excellent, professional job on the repaving and even came back and did extra work. They listened to our concerns, took the time to explain everything and went out of their way to satisfy all of our needs. The road had not been paved in about 40 years, was badly rutted and had several areas of heavy ponding. Vinny even took the time to come out before starting the job so that he could view the road after a heavy rain so he would be able to see the issues in person and advise us on how to best alleviate the ponding. He wants to do a good job and satisfy his clients not just take their money. And the price was very fair, less than we had expected. AAAAAAAAAA+++++++++"
