It has been easy to contact them if I have any questions or concerns prior to the move. They call the day before to confirm things and see if you need any last minute boxes or other items. Luckily, they were able to bring a mattress bag for me when I realized I didn't have one. Each of the crews I've worked with have been polite, personable, and efficient. No items have ever been broken or damaged in the moves. They take care to wrap everything nicely and protect the items, but they do it very quickly. Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! "As is common with Angie's List special deals, the service was extremely over subscribed and the process was not executed until the winter had passed, the 2014 spring rains subsided and the lawn was finally aerated.  I saw no seeding or fertilization on the lawn or the driveway. It was not worth the time and effort to call again and have the issue resolved.  I will probably use them again, but will take time off from work to closely supervise the actions and insure I receive everything I am paying for.
