The only con would be the all the cement dust that was left due to the fact that they had to break up some concrete. The plastic sheet they put up did absolutely nothing to prevent the cement dust getting into evey part of my basement which is partially finished. It seeped into cabinets and drawers and was a nightmare to clean. Had I known it was going to create such a mess, I would have moved some things out of the basement and covered up furniture, tv's, etc with plastic tarps."
