"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

One of the wheels (that guide the door on a rail on top) broke making it near impossible to open or close. As a home-repair klutz, I knew better than to tackle a deceptively simple job like this. "He called us back within a day or so of leaving a message. We scheduled a time for him to come see the work that needed to be performed, which was the outlet and some outer door frame repair. He arrived as scheduled and gave us an estimate. We set up a date for the work. He arrived early for the appointment and completed  the outlet install satisfactorily, but could not do the door frame repair because it was raining. When he left, it was with the understanding he would reschedule the wood repair. We haven't heard from him yet. <br />"
