"Friday morning at 08:00 AM Carlos arrived in my driveway, a full 1/2 hour EARLY!! We went over the project, I showed him where the paints were and he got to work. This man is so good. He worked from 08:00 AM until just past 06:30 PM only taking a lunch break. Knowing how hot it can be out there, I periodically went out to check on him (not the progress) and bring him ice water. He'd thank me and keep on working. I only saw the man take ONE break, I swear. Carlos primed and painted the entire garage and ceiling, cleaned up, sorted the leftover paints, told me "what was what" with them, put my washer, dryer, cabinet back where they belonged (I had moved them out from the wall) which I did not expect him to do. So in the category of "how did it go"? it went GREAT!! I am very happy with the results, the response time, the follow up - - about mid-morning Carlos called to ensure that Carlos had arrived and all was going well and I was satisfied. I have already recommend Reach Higher Painting to my son who needs painting done as well and I will definitely call them again and ask for Carlos to come back.
