"Great customer service. I received a phone call within 5 minutes of making my on line request. I received an appointment on the very next day at my request. Jeff was at my house in a timely fashion at a requested time. I didn’t have to wait all day under a time range. He cleaned my dryer vent: brushing and vacuuming the duct line. He even found a bird nest at the exit duct. He explained everything to me and installed a new vent cover so that birds could not build a nest there. I plan to use him annually.
