But also equally important his demeanor, his personnel that he helps do the landscape architecture, corrections, and timelines of coming to do the follow up care. I was all very well orchestrated and very professional, but he is extremely nice knowledgeable and you know he has a sense of humor so he’s good to work with and so is his personnel who are pretty pretty straightforward about getting the work done and they did so good on them. I recommend them."

"I usually do not give a reviews on a company because they are willing to address your concern. Bill with Growth Spurts poured a concrete driveway and patio without rebar to reinforce and strengthen the concrete from premature cracking. he promised rebar prior to getting the contract and did not follow thru his words . Now the concrete is only 3 months and has several crack and holes. he will not return to repair his works which was the highest of the 3 bids received for the project. I place good faith on Growth Spurts and decided to give him the bid. I am very disappointed that Bill does not stand by his word."

"Tips for this business based on our recent move: Arrive at the scheduled time, bring basic tools for moving, don't overbook on holiday weeks, and respond to customer service calls after the move. We were told 8-9am and the moving team arrived at 4:30pm AND they were high, hungry, and overworked. They also didn't have the basic tools needed to take apart furniture (i.e. allen wrench). I only got a 10% discount for all of this unacceptable, unprofessional service and have been trying to get in contact with my operations manager for weeks now with no response."
