Either the owner or one of the guys tries to answer my questions over the phone and if they don't know what I'm talking about, they will come and look at it. They are very customer oriented. "It's fine, he has only done one treatment, it's not time for another treatment. I'm not due for another month or two. He sprayed for whatever fungus was in the ground at this time. He bases it on what's growing, or what the problem is, and what time of the year it is. I don't know exactly what he did. It was $89, so it's reasonable. I signed up for it and all of a sudden he shows up. He doesn't answer his phone calls, that was something that I did not like. He showed up ready to spray, and I said wait a minute, I didn't know you were coming. That kind of stuff irritates me. It was a half price deal, which means if I buy it, it's going to be more. He tried pushing for mosquito spraying for the yard. We do have mosquito's here, but I did not want that because, it kills else. All of the stuff that I don't want to kill. I didn't like that part. It was just one treat, and I just had a brand new lawn put in. I have a problem out there, and I don't know how to stop it. I need to stop my dog from peeing all over. He's not real consistent."
