They were very thorough in their explanations of the process, the possible choices available to me (including the pros and cons) and very upfront about what I did and did not need. I could not be present for much of the time when they were **** the work, so they sent me pictures throughout the day and called/texted when they had a question or wanted to bring something to my attention.
