"Jeff was 100% professional during this whole experience. From reaching out for the job, to listening to my every demand and ensuring we were on the same page, to organizing contracted out work to scheduling with me as well. He stayed in constant contact throughout the whole process and ensured I was happy with each and every step. He even laid down extra soil and planted seed when he didnt need to. To say that Jeff made this experience easy is an understatement. I hate hiring contractors but Jeff was great. I whole heartedly endorse him for any job you might have now or in the future."

"It didn't go well. The company did not complete the job, they left unfinished work. I contacted the owner several times, he would give me dates and she never followed up. He became very hostile when I addressed my concerns to him. At that point, I decided that I did not want him to continue to work."

"I have had nothing but perfect experiences with Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both. Their customer service personnel are so nice and they get your service call scheduled very promptly. If there is any sort of emergency they will arrange to get a technician to your house the same day if at all possible. The knowledge and expertise of the service technicians is top of the line, and the technicians are always willing to fully explain the work that they are doing in terms that I can understand. Missouri Furnace & Air Conditioning is a truly exceptional company and I would never trust the care of my heating and cooling systems to anyone else. I give them my highest recommendation!"

"The job was promised by the very attentive owner Doug Kropp in 1-2 weeks. He had a crew leader Paul who kept everyone on track and on time. Even though labor day holiday fell in the 2 week period, he had a worker here. All the work was custom and looks as if it was part of the existing now 19 year old home. I highly recommend this team of excellent professionals."
