We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again."

"DO NOT HIRE ? Substandard Work and Unprofessional Conduct I hired Bill Wilson Concrete in August 2025 to replace my sidewalk with stamped concrete and paid $5,000 in full. The result was unacceptable. The workmanship was poor from the start: uneven stamping, severe discoloration, and a hazy, blotchy finish where the sealant failed. Worse, the concrete began deteriorating in under four months. After the first snowstorm in December, the surface eroded rapidly. I contacted five other contractors and all said the damage was too extensive to repair. When I raised concerns, Bill Wilson was dismissive and unprofessional. He first told me to ?give it a couple days,? then said it was ?meant to look that way,? and later accused me of ?making a big deal out of nothing.? He refused to fix the work unless I paid more to correct his own mistakes. I paid for a professional entrance and ended up with a walkway that now needs total replacement. Avoid this contractor. "
