"I wish there were more starts I could fill in. 10 plus stars!! I used Bob Drayton for Septic Pumping in the past, but today (a Friday at 2pm) I called with a request for an emergency septic pumping after I called a bunch of other companies that said no way before I even finished my question. I only called the other companies because they came up first on my google search. Bob Drayton Services was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and extremely helpful. Not only did they come out for emergency service, even though they said they didn't have any more emergency appointments, but they were at my home within 30 minutes. The professional that pumped my septic educated me and my son (I am recently divorced and didn't know much) on how to care for septic and clean the filter. He also looked at my 5 year old septic field as I had some concerns about it and gave me resources to assist with that. He explained why I was having an issue with my septic and what to do about the issue (easy very cheap fix). He was also extremely friendly, professional, and not condescending at all to this not so knowledgeable homeowner. Also, the price was extremely fair! I will never use another company for any of my septic needs again. I am a customer FOR LIFE Bob Drayton Septic- and I will surely tell all of my friends and family how awesome this company and the professionals that work there are!"

"I was fortunate enough to find Magic Garage Cleaners when I was looking for a company to clean out my basement. The basement was not finished, and had 20+ years of dirt and junk all over the place. Dave and his crew cleaned out the whole basement, and then cleaned out my garage. I was so happy with their work that I had them come back and remodel my entire basement. They ripped out the old/unfinished stuff and put in new sheetrock, flooring, ceilings, fresh paint, etc. The basement looks wonderful and I now have a home gym and plenty of storage space. I hired an electrician who did all the lighting and completed the new look. I now have Dave and his crew back and they are remodeling my garage including a new roof, gutters and leaders, shelving, windows, and doors. I already have a list of other repair/remodel/painting jobs I will use them to complete. Not only do they do a professional job, they are very pleasant to deal with while doing the work. They are always on time and Dave is the most responsive person who has ever done work in my house. He is on site for the job and, if he is not on site, he is readily available by phone, text, or email. He responds immediately to any questions or concerns. It is so refreshing to have a contractor who is so responsive; so many of them disappear and don't return calls. He stays in constant contact throughout the job and does what he promises to do. Another nice touch if you can't be present while the work is being completed, Dave continually checks in with you and sends photos of the work as it is being completed. This is a reliable company that I will continue to use and certainly recommend."

"Phone service was pleasant and responsive.. Called back to let me know when they would come, called to let me know they were coming. So far, excellent service. When the two men came to do the job they stood there negatively shaking their heads, complaining that they couldn't take the cinderblock (I ha d told the dispatcher that I had cinderblock, and gave him an accurate idea of how much there would be) the whole experience with the two men doing the job was unpleasant... it felt like they were making a bigger deal of the whole job to hike the price, which felt completely arbitrary. As I was negotiating with one of the workers, the other one stood there shaking his head as if he didn't want to do me this favor. After we finally settled on a price. (they actually quoted me $75 higher than other estimates I had gotten) He started complaining to me that he already had a hot tub on his truck. At this point I was disgusted and responded that what was on his truck was not my issue. He retorted that he didn't like my attitude. I reiterated my attitude by not leaving a tip (something I would never normally do). <br /> All in all they did a fine job of picking up what was asked of them, and the price was what I had been quoted by others, but I didn't like the whole experience, and would not use them again. <br />"
