"Barbara and her fellow employee did an incredible job on our home! We hired them to do an initial deep cleaning of our 3 story townhome. Although we only really emphasized vacuuming the floors and steps, mopping the floors, cleaning the bathroom and dusting the blinds, They did even more than that. They vacuumed the carpets, mopped the floors, cleaned the windows, washed the dishes, wiped down the backsplash, cleaned inside the microwave, vacuumed the couch (we have two cats), wiped down the counters, stove and ovens, cleaned the laundry room space, thoroughly cleaned all 4 bathrooms, took out the trash, cleaned up all the cat hair, put back everything they moved etc. Barbara has been highly communicative, respectful, kind, organized and the whole process was thoughtfully done. They both took their time. They focused on quality and not speed. Everything was so fresh and clean when they were finished. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed and we plan to continue working with her."

Hello, my name Is Blake Fisher. I have been in skilled labor trades for 5 years now and hold a position as a high voltage electrical substation foreman. I have a background working on farms, electrical components, home demolition and reconstruction, decks and fence building and demolition, heavy duty machine operations, and many more. I prefer being too descriptive and explaining myself to a depth that my customers and apprentices truly understand the motives behind all the work I do and teach. I am very prideful in the work I do when it comes to organization, quality, and beautification of the job at hand. Please reach out to ask any questions about the job you need done and I will be jumping at the opportunity to complete the job you need!

FAQs for post construction clean up projects in Millville, WV

Plan on one hour of cleaning for every 100 to 200 square feet. That means a two-to-four-person crew will spend eight to 12 hours on a full-size home.

Your pro will walk the space first, size it up, and give you a more precise timeline to be sure every lofty ceiling, baseboard, and tight corner gets the same white-glove attention.

Cleaning fine dust after construction requires a combined approach of detailed dusting and high‐powered vacuuming. Begin by wiping high surfaces such as ceiling fans, walls, window sills, and countertops to eliminate deposited particles. Next, vacuum all floors, carpets, and hard surfaces and mop afterward to remove residual dust. Finally, clean HVAC returns, supply vents, and replace filters to ensure a completely dust‐free environment.

You’ll need safety gear and heavy-duty tools. At minimum, you should wear a respirator, eye protection, and work gloves. Then, bring in a HEPA-filter shop vac, wet mops, microfiber cloths, and a carpet shampooer to lift dust from every surface.

Pros also keep extra filters and trash bags on hand so they can swap them out mid-job and keep the cleanup running smoothly from start to finish.

Book your post-construction cleanup for one to two days after the last tool leaves the site. That 24- to 48-hour buffer lets dust settle so the crew can snag every speck in one visit.

Touch base with your contractor before you lock in a date; if their punch-list slips, you’ll want to shift the cleaning slot to avoid costly rescheduling and make sure the house is truly move-in ready.
