"David and his crew were amazing! They were professional, courteous, and helpful. I had a walkway put in my backyard leading up to my patio. I wanted a ramp on each side of the patio. David made the incline on one side of the patio so slight that you don’t notice the incline and it is very easy to walk on. On the other side of the patio, David brought the level of the concrete up so it was even with the patio so I didn’t need a ramp – BRILLIANT and looks great! David’s crew worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in just three days including demo, prep and pouring the concrete. They were respectful of my property and cleaned everything up before they left each day and when the job was over. David communicated very well with me through texts and emails. It was a real pleasure to work with T.M. Concrete and David!! I highly recommend them and will recommend them to any friends and family wanting to have concrete work done."

"I hired Aravat Landscaping to put in a driveway and landscape my front yard. Here’s what I have to say for the tasks they done before I stopped the contract before they completed the job. I stopped it because I was done with their lack of communication and untruth. The driveway was done correctly, I was satisfied with that job. However, the landscaping did not go as contracted. The contract I signed was for a certain number of 5 and 7 gallon plants, and there was a design blueprint for the yard. I received 1 gallon plants for more than half of the order. I paid for 5 gallon plants. They didn’t tell me either. I had to contact them and ask why I have 1 gallon plants, and why they failed to tell me prior to delivering the plants? The answer I received was the nursery didn’t have 5 gallon in the quite of few of the species of plants, they opted for 1 gallon. I asked, why wasn’t I contacted and asked if I wanted to order other types of 5 gallon plants they do have in stock. They had no answer. I had to ask them to credit me the difference that I paid for 5 gallon and received 1 gallon… The credit they offered wasn’t as much as I calculated, but at this point I took what they offered back. Also, regarding the contract, they under estimated the estimate, so when you sign their contact, the prices seems good. Then once the job starts, they do change-orders, and not by my choice, the change orders are because they under estimated the price. They did not plants the plants according to the design blueprint. Also, a few of the plants, I notice wasn’t dug out as it should have. Part of the root of the plants were above ground. They did a mediocre job. I was not pleased at all. I ended up hiring another company to complete the job. Bottom line, they lack communication with their customers and they give excuses why they fail. I do not recommend Aravat Landscaping at all."
