Gary Henson's knowledge of the product, explanation of the amazing warranty, and help with product selection was just the beginning of an awesome experience. Gary's communication skills throughout the project kept us always knowing what to expect from the beginning of the project to the end. His close working relationship with the installation team was evident from day one of the installation. Jorge Lopez and his team, Rogelio, Alfredo, Alexis, and Ruben were all extremely hardworking and very professional...It was obvious that they had worked together for a long time for Specialty Roofers and it was also nice to witness how they laughed and enjoyed working together. Happy employees says a lot about a company! We are extremely happy with our new roof, and we had the best experience with all aspects of our project. "Our new insurance company required a repair in a short time period. Neligan came right out, gave us an estimate and worked us in to their schedule so that we could meet our deadline! Their estimator, Nick, took great care to find a shingle color that would match our older roof and it came out great! They will definitely be putting our new roof on when the time comes."

"Overall well, but disappointed in the last day when final payment due. There was a fairly minor thing that was damaged during roof replacement. Mr Ryan Vess did not disagree that they had damaged it. I was told there due it all man was very busy at the time but he would get to it in the next 2 weeks. Ryan shook my hand & guaranteed it would be completed very soon & I turned over the final payment on 10/28/16. After 3 calls made to Ryan over the next 2 months with each time his stating he couldn't believe that it wasn't done yet. I decided that I had relearned a valuable lesson, never make final payment till the job is completed completely. Even when your dealing with otherwise reliable vendors & you even know the owner Mr Bowers personally. The other comment about Art Construction is the work crew was from south of the border, which I had no problem with. The problem was when I had a question or comment, I could not relay it due to language. The actual work crew I will give & A+ to. A Mr TJ Prime was supposed to be the go between myself & the crew. He was never there, I did call him with a concern he came over stood & listened to me for a few minutes between taking phone calls. Advised he would handle it, then left with out speaking to crew. Not impressed with Mr Prime. I would strongly suggest to Art Construction that they have someone at the work site that the owner can speak to on a regular basis when were spending that kind of money! Over all I give Mr Ryan an A, he just needs to follow trough on the final details to the end. I give the actual working crew an A+ they were prompt & hard working."

"Charlie is very punctual and calls back almost immediately. He kept me informed of when the work would be done (due to excessive rain, it had to be put off several days). When he and he crew went out, tey focused on the work, made certain everything went smooth, cleaned up afterwards, and even went over the lawn to check to be certain no nails were left behind! <br /> The entire work was very professional and handled very well - I would definitely use him for roofing my house and recommend him to anyone here in Pensacola who needs an awesome company to handle their roofing jobs! <br />"

"My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. We got 3 different quotes, and even though Triple Crown wasn’t the cheapest, we decided to go with them because we’ve been around long enough to know that the cheapest and the best are rarely the same thing. Triple Crown was the only contractor we spoke with who took the time to educate us on the different construction methods for installing a metal roof over shingles and why they prefer to use the batten strip method. Once we had that information, we did our own research (thanks Google) and agreed that was the best application to go with. "From the estimate, where all my questions were answered to questions asked while making my decision, Freeman stood out far and above all the other Roofing Companies. My roof was put on yesterday. Prompt on time arrival through to the clean up of all material, including looking for any fallen nails with a metal detector, I am more than happy with Freeman Roofing. "<p>Mr. Bill and his team has a very busy schedule; however, the company was able to schedule an estimate and time of repair for us.  He sent his figures and insured all of his repairs.  We were able to accomplish this all over the phone.  No office visits were need since we don't leave in town.  He gave us the best course of action to take with the repairs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Prior to the repairs we had a brand new roof at time of purchase, but over the years shingles became loose and nails started popping out. On top of that, we had two layers of shingles.  Ugh - extra work.  Mr. Bill was very professional and the quote was reasonable as well.  He stated he can complete the job on a Saturday.  However, the team completed the job on a Friday before 2 pm.  The work was amazing. No debris was left hanging around.  The area was fully clean.  We meet him at the house and admire his work and I must say we a very please we selected this company.</p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"
