"Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. This was a huge purchase/investment for us and I feel enormously grateful to have undertaken this with Pinnacle Roofing. Profound gratitude to their roofers who were so delightfully friendly and committed to the mastery of their work despite working in rainy winter weather. We were beyond blessed and thankful to have a roof over our house in time for Christmas despite all of the extra work. "I don't usually write reviews, but definitely want to write one for Tekline Roofing. My brother in law recommended Tekline and we are very pleased we had their group do the work. Their customer service was excellent and they responded very quickly with questions. Norm was great at explaining the roofing process, how to get prepared, etc. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. Our home is old and has a somewhat complex roof and they definitely didn't cut any corners. We felt confident the work was being done well. The work took longer than expected, partly because they discovered there wasn't plywood on parts of our roof, something they couldn't determine until the old shingles were removed. Tha was excellent and came by our home a few days before the work started to discuss how they would protect our garden-landscaping. They daily placed tarps and plywood to protect damaging things outside and they cleaned up every day after 11-12 hours of hard work. Misael oversaw the daily work and took photos and the team shared updates and photos on a regular basis. At the end of the project, my garden looks great! The roof was just completed this week and they will be back to replace one of the skylights in our attic that was on backorder."

The people I spoke with included the following: Chris Cunningham (estimator) who took time with detailed answering of questions in-person and by email, had top-of-the-line follow up, maintained a positive attitude with numerous detailed questions (and returning in-person to show me the static vent they would be installing), and put together an excellent, easy-to-read proposal (the best proposal I received from several roofers); to John Frazier (Operations Manager) who chose the work team for the new roof and had excellent follow up with questions and resolving issues; Jose (headed up the work crew and worked on the roof); Sonny (follow up on bird spikes and roof inspection); Erica (billing); Diane (production); and Candy (administrative assistant)."

"I reached out to about 7 different roofing companies for what I thought was just a leak repair. Sam's A+ Roofing was the only company I spoke to that was willing to come and check it out. Mike came to our house the same morning I called. Turns out, we actually needed a full roof replacement. The price was fair and they offer financing, which made things easier. Mike also temporarily fixed the leak and had a crew out to our house within a couple of days. The crew was very nice and did an amazing job. They were quick and didn't leave even one piece of trash behind. I can't say enough about Mike and his team. Mike is an honest, friendly guy. We will definitely have his company out to do maintenance for the roof and will be customers for years to come."

"Marlon removed the shingles where the roof is damaged underneath from a tree falling on it, fixed or replaced the damaged structure and matched the existing roof perfectly with new shingles. That was drastically cheaper than replacing all shingles. He found the water leak was due to a vent pipe and fixed that at the same time and per original quote."

"Mr Ramos is a pleasure to work with.  I had used his services a couple of years ago to replace the roof on a sunporch, and was very pleased with the work they  and found it an  excellent value for what they did.   When I noticed that some roofing shingles had flown off the peak of our larger craftsman home,  I immediately remembered All Professional Roofing and Mr Ramos and called him to set up a time for him to look at the problem.  I was also thinking our 20 yr roof was getting to the end of its life,  so when he came out I asked him for a rough estimate of what it would cost to replace it.  After he looked at the roof climbing up and seeing it better than i can,  he informed me that the roof still had more life in it and did not need to be replaced at this time.   So he came back to repair the roof in a couple of weeks when it was  convenient for him to be in my neighborhood, which was totally fine as I appreciated his willingness to do a repair.   And I plan to call him a  few years when we do need to replace our whole roof <br />"

"Oh, The Joys Of Home Ownership We purchased our home in 2014 and since then there have been a series of things demanding our attention. This last winter (2016-2017) there were torrential downpours which brought with them two small roof leaks. So when we received an offer from Angie’s List for a new roof from Premier Construction Services, we decided to pursue it. Mike emailed me the next day to make arrangements to come out and take a look at the roof and discuss the project. Right away I could tell he was very passionate about his work and that it was important we thoroughly understood the different materials and techniques used to properly install a roof. He gave us several options at various price levels so that we could decide what would work best for us. We went with the TruDefinition Duration Shingles that come with the Total Protection roofing system by Owens Corning. Since we are on Social Security, this investment stretched our budget to the max. We are thoroughly impressed with Mike and his team, their professionalism and commitment to satisfaction. Now that the job is completed, we are very glad we listened to Mike and took his expert advice. Mike and his crew finished the job (32 squares) in 3 days including tear-off and didn’t cut any corners; replacing all the flashing, ridge and roof vents. During the entire process you could tell that it was extremely important to Mike that we were completely satisfied with the work and was delighted to answer any questions or concerns we had. Personally, we think Premier describes Mike and his crew and the job they did. Well done!"

"Two roof leaks in a very difficult area to access were repaired promptly and professionally. While they were on site they noticed the plastic roof vents for the bathroom fans were beginning to crack. they replaced all the vents with a higher quality steel vent. I have a large house with a very expensive "life time" composition roof, so I am very cautious about who I have work on it. I was very pleased with the work performed by Roofworks NW. They were always on time, professional, and easy to work with. The billing for services performed was very reasonable."
