"Steve was excellent to work with. I live out of state and was arranging for my elderly mother's move out carpet cleaning. She had been living in a retirement center and in that apartment for a year. She uses a walker and the wheels left marks on the carpet. The retirement center called and reported they were very pleased with how clean he got the carpet. He arrived when he said he would and provided the service I asked for. I would have no hesitation in using this service again or reccomending it to someone else."

"Puresteam did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They were punctual, quick, courteous and best of all everything came out clean. They even removed black walnut stains from the carpet on my basement stairs. I highly recommend them.275"

"I hired Refresh Carpet and Upholstery to clean the carpets in my vehicle after the wintertime. They did an amazing job removing the salt stains that were built up for about 2-3 winter seasons. I definitely recommend their services every Spring!"

"They came in and did an excellent job. The customer service was really good. He walked me through the process step-by-step and left me some tips on how to maintenance the carpet he left. They were done in good time. I would definitely refer them to all of my friends and family."

"They vacuumed & steam cleaned our carpet to our satisfaction.  The only thing we didn't like was the extra charge of $69 for a stain protection, which was "necessary" according to the guy doing the cleaning in order to have the carpet wear well.  In our mind a "necessary" thing as this should be included in the price or at least mentioned ahead of time, which it was not. The high traffic area of the carpet got pretty clean - not as clean as I had hoped, but OK.  The rest of the carpet looked great.  They were timely & were done very quickly.

"I had a pipe break in one of our rental properties and the carpeting was flooding. I called Satisfaction Plus to have them respond to the situation. They came in an expedited manner and cleaned/sanitized the carpeting. Their service and price made both, us and the tenant very happy."

"They did a nice job on our carpets."

"Very punctual. I haven't rolled out the carpet yet as my puppy is still potty training so rug is wrapped in plastic for a few more months. Staff is excellent. Only complaint was that when I called to price this was given estimate over the phone that would have to be verified in person when they pick up by measuring rug. Told woman on phone rug was 8x10 and was told it would likely be $150. Actual price was $300 but was on par with Stanley Steamer quote for same process so I did it. Happy to support local business"
