"They vacuumed & steam cleaned our carpet to our satisfaction.  The only thing we didn't like was the extra charge of $69 for a stain protection, which was "necessary" according to the guy doing the cleaning in order to have the carpet wear well.  In our mind a "necessary" thing as this should be included in the price or at least mentioned ahead of time, which it was not. The high traffic area of the carpet got pretty clean - not as clean as I had hoped, but OK.  The rest of the carpet looked great.  They were timely & were done very quickly.
