"I called to schedule the service on Saturday, and the appointment was set for Monday at 1 PM. Jeff, the owner, arrived a bit early, which worked fine for us. As he cleaned the carpets, he explained what he was doing, told us what kind of carpets we had, evaluated the wear patterns, and told us that the carpets have years of life left in them. He volunteered to clean a small area in an additional room for free (that room has office chair mats over much of the surface.) We had asked for pricing that did not cover moving any furniture. He volunteered to move some light tables to get under them. I am stunned at how clean and different the carpets look. (I'm also grateful that he was not at all judgmental about the state things had gotten to. He said he really enjoys cleaning carpets where it makes such a difference.) One small stain in the bedroom can't be removed, but I can easily cover that with a lamp stand. He offered to return for free if other any stains pop up after drying."

Occasionally we noticed that dusting could have been done more carefully or that the wood floors in every room seemed to be swept/vacuumed but not washed, but this was infrequently. <br /> The Christie's are extremely nice, professional and overall did an excellent job. You can absolutely trust them with your key to come in and do a nice job when you are not there. We always came home to a clean house that smelled great.
