"The work went great. Russ and Colby were very fast and produced some quality work for less than what other companies quoted us. In that regard, we were very happy with them. The only reason I gave a couple of B's was because there was some confusion around the timeline that I just wish would have been better communicated to us. We booked them for a big project, but did not realize the fans could not be installed (we had no ceiling lights/fans upstairs) on the same day the panel was installed. That was not communicated to us, so we booked them for one day. The day before Russ called and explained there would not be time for both the next day, so we would schedule a second day, two weeks out, to install the fans. He was already booked for two weeks at that point. Had we known that, we would have booked him for two days in a row the day we originally scheduled the job. The fans were the whole point of us getting a new panel that could support them. We were planning to have them installed before it got too hot upstairs, but had to wait through the worst heat wave without them. They ended up finishing several hours early with the electric panel on the first day, so I asked them to just install the fans that day, but they wanted to wait until the next scheduled appointment. Anyway, the timing/communication was just a little frustrating, but I guess that is to be expected with busy contractors. I know their schedules are crazy. Overall, they did great work and we will definitely hire them again if we need electrical work done."
