"We just bought our new house and wanted it to be completely deep cleaned before moving in so we hired Sandra based on her reviews. She quoted me $550 for a deep cleaning which I thought was steep but agreed to it because I figured she would provide top notch cleaning. Sandra was 1 hr late to our scheduled appointment. When I got back to the house when she told me she had finished, she and her team had already packed up all their supplies in the car, and her helper was even sitting in the car ready to leave. This made me feel rushed during the final walkthrough, and she was telling me specific areas to check that she knew she had already cleaned. Once I moved into my house a few days later, we noticed several areas were neglected in this ?deep cleaning? as shown in the pictures. To try to resolve this professionally, I contacted Sandra to express my concern, but she deflected and ignored my concerns and was combative. For $550, I?m EXTREMELY disappointed."
