"Jim came and inspected the areas for removal and what I felt was a very fair estimate. His team was able to start within the week, arrived on time and when I asked questions about their safety precautions they were happy to share the details with me. There was a little more insulation in the crawl space than they originally saw but they honored the estimate. He asked in advance if I wanted air quality testing after the removal and we said yes. They had a licensed third party perform the testing on the day of the work and let me know it was clean; I also spoke to the air quality tester. Shortly thereafter they provided electronic and hard copies of a letter from the tester and the detailed report. Thank you!"

"Many obstacles had to be overcome. It was a muddy mess many days so the job was not easy. They always answered my phone calls. But the equipment they used sank and crush a drainage pipe. I had to pay myself to have this repaired. Then when I measured the slab they were off in size both directions. (16X24). When we finally poured they crush the same drainage pipe in another place. They repaired that one since it was exposed and easily done. When the shed was erected the slab was not level on any side. Multiple areas had to be shimmed. It is hard to decide if I would recommend the company. The customer service to respond to calls and listen to issues and then fix them was ok. But to leave them on their own to do the job would have been a disaster I think. I am unhappy with the final result since I would think a level slab would be at least something they should be ablke to provide. It was off in multiple places by a 3/4" piece of plywood. Even the area they filled in with bags of concrete was not level. It just seams no one cared about quality of the work. They just wanted to get it done and get out of here. Like I said, it was a painful job because we constantly fought the weather. They had to make many trips out so I am sure they were frustrated. Personally I would not hire them again. But if you can supervise the job they are very responsive. Job cost also ran way over. They charged me for the underlay of stone. Another contractor would have included it. I did not ask so I was stuck paying for it. I think they tried to make up some of the loss money with all the trips they kept making due to weather issues."
