"I can't speak highly enough about the Sentry work has done for me. The gutters they installed look and work fantastic, and the service after the installation is great too. I also just had a small repair done on the aluminum trim at the peak of my roof. Now I'll never worry about it blowing off again because I know they do great work! "I was scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. No one showed up from H & T and there was no phone call. As I was leaving another company showed up at 10:30 A.M. I did let him inspect the chimney. He did not know how much but finally agreed, after some discussion, accepted what I was told it would be for inspection without cleaning, $125.00. Not dependable. I never received a call from H & T with any explanation or apology before or after. I will not use the company again."

"Premium Home services is a scam..their customer sevice does not do anything about refunding back expensive, terrible and unfinished work. They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager. They send a so called professional to do the work, ask for a ridiculous amount of service call out fee and don't finish the job. The tech was unorganized and shows up hours late. Don't recommend the company."
