"I payed for this "special deal"” price from Angie’s List on 11-30-13. The service was not done until 4-15-14. I did most of the contacting to schedule an appt. which was changed several times due to weather conditions. When I contacted the service again last week to schedule an appt. it was discussed then that there was a separate charge for screens to be cleaned which I agreed to have done as well as two terrariums. However, upon arrival I was told a window pane consisted of only the top or bottom of a window. This doubled the price of the service. Next time I will be sure to do more research on pricing as I’m not sure if I got a “special deal” or not. The work was done well and I am glad the windows are clean."

"Overall we were satisfied with the quality of the job but we did run into some issues. Sam said it would take 2 days to complete but it ended up taking 6 full days. Unfortunately I had to use a lot more vacation to be home for this than I anticipated. We ran into some issues with the sub-contractors. One guy got nothing done the day he was there and then never showed up the next day. To Sam's credit, he called in another framer and the work was started as soon as possible. The quality was decent but we ended up having to fix some spots ourselves and add some extra framing to make the areas aesthetically pleasing. The crew members were all polite and cleaned up after themselves, which I always appreciate. Sam is very easy to work with and very professional. He takes his business seriously and has high expectations of his crew. Despite the issues we encountered we were still happy with the work and the price."

"My husband and I could not have imagined this project going any better with any other contractor. Roger and his team were attentive to what our requests and needs were. They cared about us as home owners and made strides to help us through this construction (we have 4 kids, so keeping our laundry up and running was essential to maintaining sanity in the household). Every step of the way, we felt secure that it was being done with quality and correctly. There was never a moment of question of whether or not something was being completed in the right way. As with any major construction project, there were unknowns we encountered along the way, but Roger was prepared and communicated everything clearly and quickly to us. Our end product was nothing short of amazing. Not only did we end up with an updated kitchen and a new laundry/mudroom addition, we wouldn't go back and change a thing. Everything is perfect, from the layout to the paint on the walls. And, the price wasn't outrageous for what we received. It was in line with the workmanship and quality of the work which was done. When embarking on a project this large and with a large investment, you have to have 100% confidence in the people doing the work. We are definitely going to use Roger with Plumbline Builders again."

They do excellent work and the clean-up was great too. Roof was done in two days. Highly recommend Ed."
