Throughout the process, some of the team, including the owner, was extremely condescending and difficult to communicate with. "After meeting with and receiving quotes from 5 different local painting professionals, we selected Gene and his team and are so happy that we did! Gene was incredibly communicative and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The pricing was fair, competitive, and complete with no hidden costs. The team arrived on time everyday, were incredibly respectful of our home and space, and were very thorough in their work and cleanup. Beyond that, Gene was so patient with me as I struggled with decision paralysis when selecting paint colors and offered some great professional opinions to guide me. The project took a few days longer than originally anticipated but that is becuase Gene and his team wanted to ensure we were 100% happy with the finished product - I much prefer a superior final product over speed.
