"Sirek Landscaping installed a paver patio for me and placed rock and border stone in a surrounding area. Careful attention was paid to drainage, natural slope of the area to determine whether a wall might be necessary. Tom is creative and had excellent suggestions to improve upon our ideas (avoid a wall by going wider within our desired square footage). He is a great problem solver-came to our rescue when a tree vendor did not follow through. The result looks far better than our original idea. The huge surprise was how careful his crew was to minimize damage to lawn for back yard access (our neighbor’s lawn). They used wheel barrels, avoiding same tracts as wear began to show. We may not have any lawn repair to do-part luck, part professionalism. You may not see fancy drawings, itemization of materials, instead a clear idea of total cost based on number of days it takes to do the job and years of experience Tom has ordering materials. His bid is comparable to others, better quality and adequate supply of materials and he was able to get to the job sooner and get it done quickly."

"We are very pleased with L&R on all the projects that we have had completed in our yard. All the projects were well planned, designed and installed with care and respect to our property. They have done multiple landscaping projects that have improved our yard, including regrading, new shrubs, stone path, granite stone steps in the back yard up to a raised bed garden on the most difficult berm. Also installed brick side walk and under ground drains for rain run off, and replaced our deck with a two level deck and stairway. This past spring we called on them to do a yard cleanup and mulch refresh throughout the yard. The latest project was a some what emergency call when we had to have a new electric service installed, and as part of that work a growing rod had to be installed which required part of our paver sidewalk to be removed and reinstalled. They responded quickly, and made a problem disappear. "It went really well. Al and Corey are both fantastic to work with. I moved into a house where the yard was in rough shape. Existing steps and patio were demolished and debris hauled away; patio walls that were secured by adhesive were installed; pavers over a large patio area were placed; and a series of 14 steps consisting of 300pound steps approximately 18x48x6 were set into place to the new patio. All of this work was done on time, the crew worked for 6 weeks, five days a week to completion. "I picked Artistic Landscape by reviewing Angie's List for Landscaping providers. I had identified five companies that I was interested in, with Artistic Landscape being my first choice. I ended up only contacting Artistic Landscape.  I was looking for a small company who would be able to provide design work and the installation services. Chris Baker (owner) came over four about an hour and listened to what we were looking for.  Instead of sending us a quote, he came back two weeks later with a CAD drawing and presented us a design for our review. We discussed different stone (for the sitting wall) and different pavers for the patio/sidewalk.  We had the option to change things up if we wanted to.  After choosing Artistic Landscape, Chris came back again to show us actual samples of stone and pavers to finalize our design.  <br /> The implementation went smoothly. It took them about 4.5 days to get the work done.  Chris had two guys doing landscaping and two guys doing pavers and stone walls. Chris was also here most of the time working with them as well.  In addition, Chris had my six year old in the bobcat (technically a compact track loader) for 10 minutes while he was loading up the dump truck on the second day.   <br /> Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.  We would gladly use him again and recommend him to friends/neighbors. <br />"
