Despite persistent phone call this spring - he bailed out on me, Once load restrictions were off all concrete contractors were very busy with long lead times. I was up against a time constraint to get a Certificate of Occupancy. 3030 was busy too but Todd came out put a proposal together and "worked me into there schedule". He kept me informed and they arrived when they promised and completed the work in a professional manner. I am happy with the quality of work done and would recommend them to anyone asking."

He did an initial inspection of the work at hand, provided us a detailed estimate, set out exceptions for the project and took time to answer our questions. Though Metro Chimney wasn't the cheapest overall, they were the most thorough and had the best strategy on how to tackle the many issues that needed corrected in our 1950s rambler. And given the fact that Metro Chimney was able to do all the work internally, vs hiring outside contractors, we knew we were in good hands. The crew did an outstanding job matching the existing brick and in the finer points of their craftsmanship. When they were all finished, they cleaned up so well we had to hint they were ever there.
