"I picked post-construction cleanup but in reality it was so much more than that. I had two tenants right in a row in the same property. Pretty much destroy it. Not only did I had to have a construction crew come in twice, but I had to hire Anna twice to do the cleanup from the tenants; who are absolute slobs!
