We were on a tight schedule between the move and the house closing, and Dust Bunnies were very accommodating - even with the COVID pandemic. "Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

When I told him a shut off valve is 9 dollars he responded with Chinese crap on the Internet is cheap. When I said it was from Menards I got the same response. So this company is using solid gold fittings and platinum tape it seems. Also took 6 hours to get a call back from a man it took me all of 2 minutes to get so fed up with I told him to **** himself and hung up. **** you mike can't wait for the attorney general to give you a call"
