"Incredible value for amount charged. I had some rotted facia board replaced on roof corner that had resulted from a leak in a gutter seam on that corner. The crew worked 8 hours and installed additional downspout to prevent further problems. Tile on corner of roof removed, new drip rails installed and underlayment inspected and resealed before reinstallation of tiles in a manner that was even better than builder. Roof checked out fine after rain event. This type of work is beyond the scope of any handyman. Most roofing companies will also turn down jobs like this because they only want new roof installs. Many tradesmen and related industry pros aren't up to roof repair. After 3 years of searching, I finally obtained a great roofing company that I trust....Aastro Roofing. They are incredible!"

"Everything went extremely well. I called multiple roofing companies asking for the same service, some did not respond or return my call, others were either too busy and had no availabilities until 2 to 3 wks later and did not commit to any appointment. City Roofing was the only company which answered my call right away and had a maintenance package. Anaiz (repair manager) contacted me in 24 hrs with the quote. From the beginning to the completion of the project and through the changes I made, I was able to easily contact and communicate with Anaiz. She was very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Initially it was going to cost $2800.00 to repair the small garage roof. We changed to silicone coating for the same price. It would take 2 days. When I decided to silicone coat the main roof, the initial quote was $6750.00 for the main roof. Steep but I accepted it and scheduled another 2 days the following week. However, shortly after, Anaiz called with a very nice proposal, they would do both roofs in 3 days giving me a discount on the main roof, which now would cost $5975.00. I think that shows professionalism, fairness and honesty of the company. The technicians were all very punctual, polite and professional. Since we were in the middle of Covid-19 pandemic, they all wore masks when communicating with me. They explained the work well and answered all my questions. The work was done on time very well and clean. A few days after the project was completed, Anaiz followed up with an email and before-and-after photos of the roofs. The owners, Candy and Mario Famada also followed up with an email. This is a much appreciated personable and professional touch."

"I am VERY pleased with the work performed - the job was completed 8 days before Hurricane Irma struck and we had NO leaks from the storm !!! Steve M and his crew were very professional and quite dedicated as he came by on multiple days to remove standing puddles to dry the surface prior to sealant application while awaiting a day dry enough to complete the job. The wood fascia replacement required was more extensive than I had anticipated and all wood repair was done skillfully. Once a dry day arrived, Steve completed the sealing job and just in time as the hurricane came through the following week. I doubt there is a better test of a roof sealing job than we experienced from hours of tropical wind-driven rain squalls, but we had nary a drop of leakage. "Excellent!! Gary Chester came to our home. He gave us a quote. Of course the amount of wood damage could not be 100% estimated until all the tile was removed. There was a little more damage than what we had estimated. Other than that, everything was spot on. The workers showed up on time every day when they left, the worksite was perfectly clean. The job was completed as promised. It has been five years the roof is holding up beautifully. We recently had the roof inspected a few tiles had been damaged by falling limbs from an overhanging oak tree. They were replaced.
