"No they did not! We set up the installation appointment originally on June 23, but found out that our light fixture would not arrive in time, so we rescheduled for June 31st...The rep ask for a $200 deposit up front so I paid it...Then the light arrived early without warning so I called the rep who came to our home, and ask him to schedule it earlier. So we set it for June 18th. I called him the night before asking what time they would arrive to do the job, and he told up between 8-10:00am...They never showed. I called the Rep, but was sent to a voice mail on two attempts and I left two messages, and also send text messages to him. No answer there either! Never heard from him again! I called Mr Sparky's local office and complained to them and told them to cancel this job, and that I wanted my $200 deposit back, to be refunded to my credit card. She told me they could not do this, and that it had to be done from another office. I said, "well go ahead and get it done" Still waiting!"

Family locally owned and operated Crestview based landscaping, Tree Service, landscape design, hardscaping and wood fence installation company servicing the Greater Destin, Fort Walton Panama City area. Over 16 years of experience. Call us for any of your front or back yard needs.
"We had agreed on a price over the phone and before any extra work was done which would result in an increase in price, they would consult with me. When I got ready to write the check, it was $40 dollars more. They replaced two sprinkler heads that were broken. When I talked with their boss before they came out, I was told three different times that they would not do additional work without consulting me. When I reminded him, he agreed to the original price, if I would hire them again. They weren’t at my house more than 20mins and charged me $125 dollars and tried to make it $165! I am a senior citizen and I think they viewed me as easy pry. So no, I won’t hire them again. This isn’t revenge on them, I don’t want anybody else to be taken advantage of by them."

"Fantastic experience working with Mcdonald Construction. I had four pallets of Saint Augustine saw that needed to be laid in my front yard. Their price point was the best out of four total solicitations. Kasey was always quick to respond when I had any questions. We set up a plan with the date and time and they stuck to it. Kasey had adroit recommendations for issues that he saw. The crew did a fantastic job and we’re very flexible with modifications in the scope of work. Great company, great team, great work, and highly recommend them."
