"Green Matters is either too busy or understaffed. It took MONTHS for the work to be done. Further, while eventually the work was mostly completed, to include replacement of SOME of the plants that did not survive, there is still remaining “warranty” work that I have simply given up on being done. That said, I really like the owner personally, and as poor as this recent experience has been, I also used Green Matters in prior years with superb results. So, I am very disappointed, but there is more work I would like to have done, and would give Green Matters another chance IF very firm, inforceable commitments were made. She used good materials and done the job right. I have worked in the construction industry for almost 40 years and she is a rare breed these days. She went over and above. She asked me if I would like for them to trim up my trees which they did about 10 of them and was a freebie. I paid someone several hundred dollars the last time I had my trees trimmed up. I would highly recommend her for any of your fencing needs. I could not be happier. It's really good to see there are still some hard working people out there that take pride in there work."
