"Aref was very nice and friendly. Told me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done, which I pretty much already knew. So he didn't try to tell me more was wrong than truly was. He quoted me a very fair price and got to work. When he was finished I was very pleasantly pleased not only in how much better the springs looked (previous ones were thick with rust) but how quiet and smooth the garage door now opened and closed. He also provided additional support by adding more lag bolts to the header board that the garage door opener bracket attached to. All in all I was very pleased and would definitely call him again for any future repairs."

"Mr. Johnson gave an estimate within 2 days of the walk-through.  It was very thorough and a fair price.  He said he would do the job in 5 days and kept his word. The bathroom was small with a tub, toilet, and vanity that had not been renovated in 45 years.  The walls were covered with ceramic tiles and had to be removed and new sheetrock was installed.  We wanted to remove the tub and have a walk in shower built.  We encountered a problem with the shower during the walk-through.  The tub was 31 inches in width and we wanted the shower to be wider.  There was a window that was in the way that prevented us from making the shower as large as we wanted.  We didn't want  to tear out the window, so Mr. Johnson suggested framing over a small  part of the window.  It was a great suggestion and allowed us to have a larger shower and still have a window.   <br />     There were other problems along the way like the vanity was missing parts, but Mr. Johnson was able to creatively resolve the issues and at the end of the five days the bathroom was done and is stunning! <br />    Mr. Johnson's crew was professional and courteous at all times and were very skilled at their jobs. They did a good job of cleaning up after each day.   We are very satisfied with the work and price and would highly recommend Mr. Johnson. <br />"

By the way, they have also repaired termite damage, replaced a garbage disposal, repainted a room we remodeled for an art studio, replaced light fixtures, replaced a toilet that inexplicably cracked, and on and on.
