"Mike did a good job on the tree care. He showed up when he said he would and his prices were reasonable. There was some damage to the surrounding plants but this was expected. HOWEVER the gate to the backyard was broken off and a bush planted by it this Spring was trampled beyond recovery. I left a message regarding these two things because I was upset there was no acknowledgement or apology for the damage. When Mike returned my call he was rude and insulting. He basically called me a liar, said he knew what I was trying to do and then proceeded to tell me what a mess my yard is. He assumed I was trying to get out of paying him and wouldn't let it go. He began texting me after the call ended with photos of a weed showing between the boards of the open bottom gate as "evidence" it had been in its current location for a long time. One weed…showing in the space between two vertical boards of an open bottomed gate. Really. This could have easily slid between the boards when the gate was placed against the fence. I freely admit the gate is not in great shape but it was up and functional before Mike began work. I had just gone through it the night before to put lawn waste out for pick up. If you decide to hire him, do yourself a favor and take photos of your property before he begins work."

"Overall the work he did was good. The areas that were lacking was cleaning up after himself. For example, he left the empty caulk canisters in the front yard and the scrapping from the gutter were left on the front walkway. Outside of this the work was done in a timely manner."

"Firewood great, pretty good overall, they were to come out and deliver on Friday, they called and asked if they could come Saturday since they were running late, then didn't show on Saturday. I called on Monday and they apologized, were short staffed on Saturday and delivered that day. Would have been nice if they'd let me know on Saturday that they wouldn't be coming. Really nice folks, I'd use them again."
