He was able to give me a material list and bidding price that was $2000 less than I expected it would cost me. I was amazed at how much difference everyday made. "He did not level the patio enough for me to properly set patio furniture on it. He put t at to much of an angle. Had to block up one side of my swing to make it level. It is basically use less for patio furniture . Manual was very nice."
