"Team of 3. Efficient, professional, neat, clean. Removed shoes before working in the house, cleaned up everything inside and outside before they left. We had some minor rotting around a couple of the windows which they replaced the wood and then wrapped exterior in aluminum. Caulked and sealed all windows, no gaps anywhere. 1st visit was overview/demo/sales pitch. Measured and counted windows. Gave price, approved payment options. Took about 4 hours. 2nd visit a few days later, measured again, verified work. 3rd visit, install, 3 weeks after 2nd visit. Pay after work completed and satisfied. I can feel the difference when standing next to the large windows, no heat pouring in when standing in full sun in front of windows."

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"David was on-time, professional, and enjoyable to speak with. You could tell he's done this a long time and appears to thrive in this environment. The crew ran into some problems with tree roots and had to perform extra work of cutting a trough through a concrete walkway. I was not charged extra for this and am greatly appreciative. Brandon's Gutter uses heavy-duty PVC for drains as opposed to the cheaper corrugated material that won't last. Good pictures are available on their website. My only complaint is that it took a week for the crew to get back to my residence and finish pouring the concrete. This was after I called both the owner and the crew leader. The quality was great and the price was less than half of my other estimate, so I'd hire again without reservation."

I had over 10 estimates done and not only did they have some of the best prices but they were on time, got to me the next day and you can definitely tell they knew what they were doing! They finished my roof today and not only was it good quality work, but they did extra for me free of charge. "Terry called within 2 days to say the estimate was ready. I asked him to please fax it to me, which he did. This company was the lowest bidder and my husband and I decided we wanted them to do the roof. We signed the estimate and mailed it to the company. I attached a note asking him to call, as we did not know what color of roof we wanted. Terry called and set up an appointment to come to our house on a Saturday. He was an hour late, but he called to tell us he was on his way. He brought samples and made suggestions. We chose a color and he said his crew would be available in about a week and a half. First the shingles, etc. would be delivered and the crew would come in the next 2 or 3 days. The shingles arrived on a Thursday and the crew arrived on Friday. They were able to complete a portion of the work (the crew is 6 or 7 men) so they came back on Saturday. Two men did not show up so the roof was not completed on Saturday. They asked if they could come back on Sunday. I said "yes" and they completed the roof on Sunday afternoon. Terry came by both Saturday and Sunday to check on the crew. The roof, which now has 30 year shingles, looks so much better. The crew did a wonderful job cleaning up. They cleaned the gutters and tried their best to pick up all the nails."
