"Phil and his team again came through with an amazing job at my house. Had an issue with my chimney causing a leak in my house. One side was tarred for some reason. Every contractor told me you have to knock it down and re-brick if you want the tar off (the water was actually running behind the tar past the flashing causing the leak). One contractor told me my brick was bad and had to re-brick, another told me i had to repoint and re-tar the brick. Phil and his team not only removed the tar off the chimney but repointed the chimney and repaired the cement on the top where the caps are for the fireplace and heat for an amazing price. I will work with no one other than Armstrong Masonry. Phil will be honest with you and tell you exactly what needs to be done and not bang you over the head. Being able to trust your contractor goes a long way! Thank you Phil again for an amazing job! I wish I can post photos to show the before and after."

"Really excellent work. Paved driveway, cleaned up and leveled parking area before putting gravel down. Dug new drain for water runoff and repaired and cemented pavers that line driveway. Lots of little details including sunken electric and cable lines that they had to deal with and nailed all of it. On top of that Julio is the nicest guy! 10 stars."

She showed up and gave us a one hour free consultation, helping us choose flooring and tiles for the bathroom - they came out so elegant, I wouldnâ t have picked anything remotely close as beautiful! Shelly really brought on a valuable addition to our bathroom renovation project - her great taste - on top of her teamâ s excellent craft, all the finishing touches and all done within reasonable amount of time! We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! "Fredy's group has done an excellent job to "water proof" the porch wall. This job was very complicated; they must remove the blue stones on the porch so they could go down to" water proof" the wall from outside first, then they put back the blue stones and sealed the porch with water seal material. After that, they did the water proofing the inside of the wall to assure no more leakage from the porch to the house. It was raining hard for a couple times but the wall is still completely dried, thanks for the wonderful job done by Fredy's contracting,inc. I greatly recommend this company to everybody."

"Fernando Ortiz and The Bright Construction Stone team are the best in the business! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasurable experience and my wife and I even gained a new friend in Fernando. We hired BCS for an apartment conversion (2 side by side apartments into 1) and COMPLETE remodel. This was our first renovation and being “newbies” as well as hearing horror stories we were nervous, fearful, and anxious about the road ahead. From the first time we met Fernando he was professional, understanding, and put us both at ease with the whole renovation. He answered any and all questions, gave personal as well as EXPERT input, and always made sure we were comfortable before going forward with any part of the project. Fernando answered the phone personally and was easy to contact throughout our 4 month renovation. He met us before work, after work, and even on weekends. He answered our nervous phone calls at 9 or 10pm when we were unsure about the correct tile to choose for the bathrooms or kitchen. BCS is extremely punctual and a time line was created and given to us before the start of the project. Being that this was an apartment they had to deal with shared plumbing lines and electric wiring but ALWAYS had a plan as well as backup plan. They demo’d and opened up all walls in both apartments, updated all electricity, updated and rerouted all plumbing to new kitchen location, updated plumbing and gutted 2 bathrooms, patched and installed new wood floors, painted, tiled, stained, installed all fixtures, and scheduled all inspections as well as final C/O. Fernando nearly guaranteed a date of completion and we finished RIGHT ON SCHEDULE! We had a vision for how we wanted our finished home to look and Fernando and The Bright Construction Stone team exceeded our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend BCS for any and all renovations. We now have our dream home but if we ever need any work in the future we will be using Fernando and The Bright Construction Stone team."
