"Felipe came out within 2 days of my request for a quote. He was on time and was professional with his approach. He asked me if I had received a quote in the past - I had, 2 years prior. I told him that the square footage was 1700 qs. ft.. He gave me a quote for Certainteed Mountain Ridge tile and left me with adequate material to help me make a choice, if I wanted an alternative. I liked his direct and professional approach. He did not however climb and inspect my roof before giving me a quote. I realize that would have been a lot more work but that also meant that he missed that I had 4 skylights that would need to be replaced. That was not a part of his quote. This is the reason I did not give him an A in my overall rating. I ended up going with another contractor for the job. I however wanted to leave a review for Felipe and All Roofing Eagle Construction because I was left with a favorable impression of him and his company. I appreciated the timely quote and the professional handling."

The free estimate was detailed with multiple options for various avenues for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were incredible and communicated with me multiple times throughout the four-day roofing/gutter install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is fantastic."

"in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got."

"Gibson Roofing reroofed our home over 10 years ago and when a tree fell on our house during a winter ice storm, we knew who to call. Steve was there as soon as the weather allowed and got a tarp on our roof the day the tree was removed. It took weeks to get the insurance company to approve the claim but during that time, Steve sourced the materials so they were ready to go when we got the approval. The crews were fast, efficient and left the site pretty clean. The repaired section was blended into the existing roof so well that you couldn't tell where the repaired section stopped and started. Steve is great at communicating, getting back to me quickly with texts or emails. We have referred our friends to Gibson Roofing and would definitely use them again."
