"They do a great job. They charge $35 per application. I used them last year as well and I had apples that weighed almost a pound. I like that they are consistent and if they spot a problem on the tree, they let me know."

"It went very well.  When Scott came out to do the estimate, he was very friendly and knowledgeable.  He wants to do things right, even if it's inconvenient (like pruning oaks when it is horrendously cold, in order to protect against oak wilt).  His knowledge of arboriculture is good, and although he is certified to use chemicals, he generally stays away from them in order to do things as organically and naturally as possible.  He answered our many questions thoroughly. <br /> When he came out to do the work, he came when promised, removed all debris afterward, and did an excellent job pruning a large tree in order both to promote its health, and also to protect the nearby house. <br /> The only constructive criticism has to do with his responsiveness to contacts.  Sometimes phone calls were not returned for a week or two at a time.  At one point I had not heard from him or his wife in a while, and so I began reluctantly researching other tree services.  But he did eventually get back to me.  This is a small family business, and due to being out of town and some personal situations, things got stacked up, he said. <br /> Viewed in another light, the difficulty in getting call-backs is also related to the quality of work that Scott does.  He does excellent work, and so there's a large demand for his services.  Yes, the responsiveness could be improved.  But if you can get him to do the service, you will likely be satisfied with the results. <br /> So if you want a job done well, and you are prepared to be patient, then I recommend Economy Tree Service (now renamed as Urban Tree Care). <br /> <br />"

"Everything went smoothly! We purchased our home in August 2015. The backyard was always wet in an area and wasn't very inviting. Mark came to the house and we discussed different ideas of what we wanted to use the space for. He came up with the perfect design that met all of our wants and needs. The work took about 7-10 days to complete and everything turned out beautiful! It's amazing to see the small cuts and details the crew put into the patio. The crew was always polite and made sure not to damage any of the grass when driving through the yard to get to the work area. I would highly recommend Greenspace Associates for hardscaping needs! We also use their lawn fertilization services now to keep our grass looking beautiful!"
