"The work was performed professionally with a focus on customer service and getting it done right. Jeff is personable, communicates well and listens. He does not come across as a and quot;know it alland quot; and works with you to identify the problem and suggests solutions. As an example of his focus on correctness, the first time he installed the wood curb, it failed to stay in place during the first rain storm. He had voiced his concern before the rain storm and the concern was justified. He reinstalled the curb using threaded galvanized rod and all is well. Works great. <br /> The job took longer that anticipated because Jeff was also employed full-time. However, since then he has retired and is providing landscaping services through Living-Art full-time now and this should not be a problem. <br /> I will definitely use Jeff again. "They were similar in price and suggestions to the other businesses who had provided us with estimates that we garnered from Angies List.  We chose them because we have made purchases through the actual nursery in the past and they were local to Pace, FL.  They were excellent-on time, hard working, professional, and cleaned up every night before leaving.  Very little disruption to us or the neighbors.  The project took 4 days.  They did every thing they said they would and more.  The end results were better than expected.  We would definitely recommend them and use them again (although we hope we don't need to).  If Angie's List would allow an A++ we would give Kelby and B&C that rating. <br />"

"The were very prompt in the morning and got the trees cut down very quickly.  They layed the trees down where I wanted them and cut a couple of them up so they would not block my driveway.  They did not however bring out a special machine which I was told is why it cost more to take the trees down.  I am not too happy since I paid for a service which was not provided and not offered a return of some of my money since those services were not used. <br />"
