"My bathroom remodel by LITN was completed about a year ago. While nothing has failed, the overall quality and lack of professionalism are very disappointing and still bother me every time I use the space. There were issues in almost every area. Tiling: cracked tiles I have to live with now, no silicone caulking at corners/niche, grout not sealed, uneven lines. Plumbing: unlicensed plumber Giovanny, multiple flooding incidents, repeated trips for wrong materials, delays, and unfinished work we had to complete ourselves. Painting: poor prep, visible lines and drips, required redo. Vanity: crooked countertop (~1/2?), missing drywall behind vanity left exposed, no caulking. Glass door: installed without consultation, reducing opening. I debated leaving this review, but the issues continue to bother me, and after seeing proper workmanship elsewhere, I feel others should know what to expect."
