"I called Rogers out because my AC unit had started freezing over. Brandon came out for the initial visit and explained what was going and that it appeared I had a leak somewhere in the line. He was very professional while visiting and I asked him to give me options for replacement since my unit was older. He presented a few options and explained the pros/cons to each and broke down the pricing very clearly for me. I never felt like there was a push for any of the choices, or for replacement overall, simply options of what was available and would make the most sense for me. When the installers came out they were both also very professional and very kind with my young children who were curious. They were very cautious not to track anything inside of the house and cleaned up every piece of paper and strip of wire when the left. The install was clean, everything was explained very well to my wife and I as far as features and operation, and we were overall very happy with the entire experience. They are new in our area, but we will only be calling them in the future."

"Follow up service call for a water softener system we had installed 2 weeks ago by Wisler. Ashley did not do the install. She came today to correct an issue found as part of the install. She did a great job. Her knowledge and professionalism were excellent. We appreciate the work she did. My rating on price was not Ashley's fault. It was related to the service contract recently presented to me for Wisler to maintain the system. Apparently the manufacturer has issues with their software which is reflected in price in our contract. It is quite expensive!"

Took about 5 to 10 minutes to go get the equipment they needed and in less than a hour they were done. My wife and I are very pleased with the choice of hiring them to fix a leaky pipe that was leading to our gas furnace and the price for doing the job was well in our budget."

"Had been looking to get a transfer switch installed for some time now and did my research.  Knew what I wanted to install and contacted T G Electrical based on their other ratings here.  Explained what I wanted installed and why over the phone to Travis.  He understood why I wanted what I wanted and gave me no flack at all (I did tell him that I wanted push back if anything I was suggesting was unsafe or violated code).  He came out (was a Friday as I recall) and took some measurements.  Told me he would have a  proposal to me early the following week.  Got the proposal Wednesday and price was just slightly higher than my guestimate.  But after the 10% Angie list discount, quote was right on.  Emailed him back with a few verification questions and had a positive response in two hours so I sent him an acceptance.  The next morning I had an email that he had ordered the switch / sub-panel I wanted (I was being very picky); would take about 10 business days to arrive and he would advise on install date as soon as he had firmer info.  That date was August 12.  He and his assistant showed up about 9:20, took some final measurements and headed to the electrical supply firm to pick up the panel and all the other needed stuff.  They wrapped up installation about 2:00 PM when we fired up the generator, plugged it in and verified power back at the panel.  I'm a nit-picky kind of guy and I think they did an extremely workman-like job !!  All debris was cleaned up at job completion also.  I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.  They weren't cheap but they weren't overly expensive either.  You get what you pay for folks (knowledge/expertise is an intangible you should expect to pay for) and these guys are worth what you pay them !"
