"My elderly mother needed to have her roof replaced and after getting about 3 referrals from neighbors we went with a bid from Jeff Bieneman Construction.  His Estimate came in the lowest and also was very detailed as to the work to be done.  The job was completed on time with no mess and it looks great.  Jeff also contacted me to let me know that my mom had written a check for the full amount when all that was needed was one to cover the 50% down that was required to get the work started.  He explained to her as to the amount that was required and she wrote a new check for the correct amount.   This had been a big concern of mine that mom would be taken advantage of and this didn't happen.  We will certainly contact Bieneman Construction in the future should we need other things taken care of. "
