"After viewing photos of his transformations online, I asked him to come out and give an estimate. We agreed upon the work to be done as well as a price. He didn't show up or contact me again for several weeks. Once he did come to do the work, I found that he did everything with a gas hedge clipper very quickly. This was not what I was expecting and many of the shrubs have died since he trimmed them. I probably will do the work on the remaining shrubs myself this year."
