" As I?m sitting in the house I worked my butt off for and love so much, I can?t help but to constantly look at the one thing I wanted in this place, heated concrete floors. As I look, I get so mad because of the work that they did, what they said was a grind and seal, what we gave them another opportunity to fix and they still sucked. I wish they were just upfront and said they didn?t know what they?re doing and maybe then I would understand. This floor scratches if you look at it. I still have dust marks on my wall because the lack of dust collection they used. Every corner is still untouched because they don?t have the right equipment. Stay away. I?ve tried to call their corporate but this is obviously a garage flake franchise that says they know what they?re doing but don?t. Just by typing this after working 16 hours (to hopefully pay someone to redo this one day). The lack off accountability and customer service at this place is unimaginable. "

"Recommending THE PAINT CREW from Waterville for home painting. I have only used them for exterior (so far) but, based on their performance, will be contracting them to do my interior as well. These guys have HIGH integrity and know their stuff. From the moment they showed up to size up the job and pointed out details that I would not have known about, I knew they were a thorough operation. They repainted my shutters twice. I don't advocate torturing contractors this way, but truly, these guys worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, and were pleasant all the way through. Tried to load photos of poor work that they ?fixed? but it failed to load them After 5 months told them that spots on floor would not come clean after cleaning floor So the came back out to fix spots & now they are a dark grey color on a light grey/white floor Looks horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
