"Very pleased with the work Nate and Tom did. They arrived early each day, were very professional and friendly, knew what they were doing, and did it well. They looked out for my interests by pointing out that the mailbox post, which was originally just going to be fixed, needed to be replaced due to wood rot. They then offered to paint the new post. After replacing rotten wood above and below the front door, they also painted the whole area instead of just the repaired area since it would look better. The owner, Vince, explained that he unfortunately had to cancel doing two items on my repair list because the height of my roof combined with the steepness of my yard made using their 40-ft ladder unsafe. I admire that Vince placed the safety of his workers above doing those repairs. This was my second time hiring The Bizzzy Bee, and I plan to use them again."

"After an unfortunate experience with a different garage door company, Jeremy Dabbs of Open Up Garage Door provided a much-appreciated change for the better. I left a voice message during the weekend and early Monday morning Jeremy called. I told him what I needed and he gave me a price right on the spot. He said he could install the door the next day. He dropped by Monday afternoon to measure the door and the next morning he showed up right on time to do the work. He was here only about two hours and I paid him by credit card. The work was first rate, the door looks great and the price was reasonable. I could not be more pleased. Jeremy is a reliable, pleasant and very competent young man. He did all of this work himself. I was impressed with how professional and business-like he was, especially after my experience with a guy who never was able to get to my house to do the job. "They were kind enough to let me purchase a service deal and use it the same day. They were punctual and fast, and asked for identification at the house before they unlocked the door. The tech was courteous and kind. I was not as pleased with the payment process, which got messed up because of confusion or a miscommunication. The tech processed payment on his phone and could not give me a receipt. It was not until later I realized he had not accounted for the service deal coupon, meaning I paid more than I should have. The company was willing to make the correction, though it took a little longer to get that done than I would have liked, partly because I didn't have an immediate receipt to review. Nonetheless, very happy with their service and in fact recommended them to someone else within two weeks after they visited me."
