"BTR went to great pains to confirm the leak was with the roof, not the window.  Upon completion of the repair, the BTR rep was confident he had solved the problem -- and he was right!  (I discovered the leak a year before, which my initial roofer was not able to discern.)  Had I replaced the window (which would have meant replacing all three windows due to a manufacurer's design change), I might have paid $2500, which would have still left me with a leak.  Fixing the roof saved me both financial and mental anguish.  BTR is now my roofer of record.  Professional, courteous, pleasant to work with, and got the job done!"

Her arrived at 12:30 and repaired my garage door. He was both polite and professional. His work was outstanding. I will be using his company from this point on for any garage repairs needed.

"I had originally sent Albert's Paint an email to request an appointment for an estimate along with 2 other companies. I ended up calling to get the estimate scheduled. The estimate that was given was well below that of the other two companies. This would normally be a red flag if it weren't for the fact that they had several good reviews on Angie's List. A relative was there while the work was bing done. Initially there was a little confusion about what was to be done. The contractors were told the Master bedroom, but I wanted to have the wall paper removed and the walls painted in my kitchen and bathroom along with the hallway ceiling. I had kept a copy of the itemized estimate and had my relative show them the sheet. Overall they did a really good job. You can't tell that the walls had to be heavily spackled. When moving the refrigerator, they accidentally put a small tear in my vinyl floor. I left them a message that night and they were out the next day to repair it.

"We have been house hunting for about a year now and just can’t replace what we already have in our current sunny south Charlotte home. So we decided to make a major color shift from boring beige to gorgeous grey, and freshen up all doors & trim, remove all the decor and just stay put. Sounds good, but there are so many nail pops, nail holes, area’s where the sheet rock tape is lifting, wall “pimples” & cracks. Certainly beyond what we can do. I should mention, after the contract was signed I decided to wallpaper a room already included in the cost. Ben was not concerned about it at all. He swapped in some other items for us. (It was more then fair!) When you undertake a project like ours (whole house) that takes a full week, it’s important the work team enjoys what they are doing. Lets face it, you are sharing your home for 9 hrs a day. Painting & Moore has a pleasant staff. They smile throughout the work day, take pride in the work they do & quality workmanship they provide.
